these look good, I presume they're made from batter (like in the Simpson's) rather than the potato ones we have over here?

@DaveB: Yep, no package dough here! :) There are some things that I cannot get used to in the states! I love my food fresh, home cooked and well prepared! After all I am 100% French! :)
