Lunar eclipse of febuary 20th

Between us and the stars,
There lies but silence;
And there in the stillness
Let us listen to the
Voice that is speaking within us.

Jerome K. Jerome
This is really the only decent shot I got! I don't know enough technical stuff for this kind of night shots! so I played with the settings... and kept shooting until my fingers where hurting from the cold! I cropped it and sharpened it a little.

Thanks for stopping by! I love to hear any of your thoughts...
Merci de votre visite! J'aime entendre toutes pensees...

Dylan from Delhi, United States

Looks like you did pretty well for having shot it at 214mm. Much sharper than anything I got.

I like your poem - words of wisdom. Looking up at the night's sky always makes me introspect and look deep within.

This is a wonderful shot of the eclipse! I know what you mean when you had to play around with the setting and take countless shots, I had to do the same.

beautiful shot - you captured the colours of the eclipse very well - the slight fuzziness even adds to the mysterious feel and look...
