He finally gave up the bag and is showing us just how handsome he is. Wonderful picture Sandrine. 30 Jul 2008 7:15am Jason Kravitz from Brussels, BelgiumI like the color tones on this lion series. This one is nice the way he is posed among the plants. 30 Jul 2008 8:40am Marcie from United StatesLove the colors. Somehow you're rendering of him hardly makes him intimidating. Just one big soft pussycat. Beautiful!!! 30 Jul 2008 12:06pm Graham Russon from Cape Town, South AfricaKing of the jungle, what an awesome shot. Nice one. 30 Jul 2008 3:40pm valenttin from Navodari, Romaniano, you are the queen of the photographers! excellent image! 30 Jul 2008 4:17pm baobab from Cambridge, United Statesnice shot of the lion - I especially like the way that there is an echo between the grass in the foreground, his tousled mane, and the bamboo(?) in the background. nice dof and bokeh too. 30 Jul 2008 10:07pm bronzebilly u.k. from Barry,Vale of Glamorgan, United KingdomHey Sandrine ..a majestic shot of the King of the Jungle...excellent work on this series,my friend.. 30 Jul 2008 11:40pm ~Kylie~ from Richmond, United StatesSooo regal!!! what lens are you using here Sandrine? this is such a beautiful image and it is so crisp and clear, the light on his majesty is just perfect and it is such a great composition... marvellous! 31 Jul 2008 2:50am @~Kylie~: I used the Sigma 70-300 1:4-5.6. I have mixed feelings about it. I haven't quite figured out how to use it in the macro mode. It is a very cheap lens and gives great results. When it doesn't I think it's my fault for not using a tripod. Kathe from Marquette, Michigan, United StatesOh wow. This is my favorite thus far. 31 Jul 2008 3:15am Twelvebit from Victoria, United StatesHe's beautiful. I have a cheapo Nikon 70-300. At $130 I'd say it was well worth the money, but I miss a lot of shots, so I recently got a 70-300 VR lens that I'm now testing. 31 Jul 2008 10:32pm |
