Between 2 walls...Posted by Sandrine (Cincinnati, United States) on 18 August 2008 in People & Portrait and Portfolio. The sharpness is not great on this last one but I really like the composition and the mood of this shot.... Thanks for stopping by! I love to hear any of your thoughts...

nissou* from brussels, Belgiuml'adolescent pris en photo... très bon choix pour le n&b, la perspective et l'arrière plan. j'aime bcp! 18 Aug 2008 8:39am paulski from Muncie, IN, United Statesi, too, love the composition here, and the (lack of) sharpness compliments the mood perfectly. well done... 18 Aug 2008 11:20am amy from Nanaimo, BC, CanadaSandrine, the softness adds a most incredibly evocative mood to this. Excellent!! I have missed a lot of your posts.. sorry... but I do have to say I loved the ones of your daughter on the private lane... FABulous images!! 18 Aug 2008 3:24pm Melissa W. from Warsaw, Indiana, United StatesLove this, too! Great capture and processing. 18 Aug 2008 4:38pm Graham Russon from Cape Town, South AfricaComposition and angle are great, as is the pose. Good work. 18 Aug 2008 8:29pm Kylie Greenan from Richmond, AustraliaYou know I like that this isn't all that crips Sandrine, I agree it adds to the mood and great composition you have going on here, well done! 19 Aug 2008 1:06am DarkElf from Perth, Australiasuperb use of black & white composition here... very harmoneous photo - great work! 19 Aug 2008 2:57am One from Açores, PortugalExcellent series of images, wonderful contrast. Very good shot. 19 Aug 2008 2:58am Michael Rawluk from Williams Lake, BC, CanadaThese are getting better. I love the use of B&W tones here. 19 Aug 2008 4:21am dj.tigersprout from San Bruno, CA, United Statesgreat mood... love the fade to 'white' at the top and the softer tones... 19 Aug 2008 6:02am Earnest from Oklahoma, United StatesI agree, Sandrine. It seems to symbolize the feelings of that age of life... 20 Aug 2008 11:17pm |
